Welcome to my Summer Sculpting workout!
I know you’re going to like it and the results you get by doing it consistently.
Do the workout 3 to 4 times a week, starting out at your own pace, picking up intensity a little bit each time you work out. Once you’re comfortable with the exercises, do the routine twice or even three times through from start to finish.
- Be conscious of your form! Do the exercises correctly to get the maximum benefit
- Remember that it’s not a race! Be deliberate and focused.
- Drink water throughout the workout. It’s not a fast paced cardio session, but you still need to stay hydrated.
